In 2024, that vision was reborn. With a renewed spirit, we continue the craft of brewing by hand in small batches, staying true to the classic Czech way using only pure malt, premium Saaz hops, and a patient fermentation process.

One of the Czech Republic’s most renowned beer consultants and the owner of Pivovarský dům Brew Pub and Restaurant in Prague, Jan brought with him decades of expertise, proprietary recipes, and authentic brewing techniques. His commitment to preserving the integrity of Czech beer laid the foundation for Pivo Praha’s authenticity.
A respected Filipino entrepreneur and founder of Bravo Best Foods and U-BIX Corporation, Atty. Bravo envisioned making premium European beer accessible to the local market. Guided by his passion for quality and innovation, he partnered with Jan to create a beer that embodies both Czech tradition and Filipino pride.
